Jacob showed my wife and I some houses a few years ago (2007).We looked at 100's of houses, probably looked at 30 plus and got frustrated. - The everyday changes in the financial industries trade and uncooperative work loads of which they assume their workers can handle. Its very hard to wait for someone else to do their job clear across the nation in order to give my clients good or bad news on wheather the banks have accepted the short sale offer.

- I realized after I sold a home to my 1st buyer that this was my lifetime career.
