Melinda Guillen sell a previous house with Victoria V Lackey and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
The property management group is now called Empire Realty and I urge those seeking a property manager to use caution. As a tenant in a rental, Ms. Lackey was extremely absent-minded, inattentive, and very rude. I have voice mail messages where she spoke to me like I was a child in trouble, despite the fact that I paid rent on time throughout my entire lease. She does not return phone calls promptly and when she does, she often confuses facts and ****umes a panic-laden tone, which is completely unacceptable as a professional. The lease she drafted was incomplete, she did not include extra appliances in the property so home owners seeking property management BEWARE (as well as tenants). Just plain awful.
