I have a recording of this woman telling me to forget about this entire wall unit- built in. She called it a "desk" She told me to forget about it, enjoy my new home and to stop threatening her. I have emailed her the video of the Library in the home... she told me that there was some litigation over the unit, for a divorce... after she told me a trash out company came and got it. She told me to to move on and get over it. If I could attach a sound file of that here, i would. There is NOTHING Custom about this woman. She is common and has no scruples. We continue our pursuit for justice.

We have had issues with this agent on many levels. During our offer period, items that were within the home were removed and now, more than a month later, we are still unable to get a return phone call from her. I will elaborate the details as time passes and should we continue to be ignored.
