i asked chad to do a comp search on a property i wanted to buy , he only came back with comps that made it look like i should buy it , i then found many more in the same complex for much less , and i almost over paid by 20 k , as if that wasn't enough he then peddled me off to an assistant that used to be a dancer !!! with no realestate back ground at all , then on the next offer submitted they let me be screwed by the seller ( bank ) letting me to believe that they are only motivated by money and are not on any buyers side , not to mention prudential makes both sellers and buyers pay a 500 fee on top of all the commission they get , DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT , you can use another agent/company and not pay this ridiculous fee , the beeten team is a joke and should be avoided at all costs
