First off, this guy is totally in bed with the GLVAR. He brags about too much of how "he is in good with" the GLVAR. Someone needs to be investigating who he knows over there and is covering his ASS! Furthermore I have called his office & have spoken to a few VERY nice ladies there. You can hear him in the background YELLING get off of the phone and all the while he is UNAVAILABLE???? He's overstepping his boundries! Definately making a complaint to the GLVAR & to the head honchos in Carson City. He needs to retire his license!

I located this property in northern California and Lawrence is the listing agent. I have called and left many messages to view the property but no one calls back. I am not working with a realtor. If you cant call me back then I dont think I want to deal with you.

When we purchased one of this angency listing we did an inspection on the home. There were a few issue that we asked to have repaired. Seller agreed to this. The day before signing we did a final walk through of this home and we were told before we did this that repairs had been made. They were not! After signing the seller offered us a credit for other issues. We didn't ask for it the seller offered it and now after the signing the Arman Realty won't get us our credit from the seller. I called to discuss this and they wouldn't even talk to me and hung up. Very unprofessional and unethical business!! We will look into filing other complaints on this agency. DON'T LIST WITH THEM AND DON'T PURCHASE THIER LISTINGS. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. THEY WON'T TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY WONT ANSWER AND IF THEY DO THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!!!!!!

This is a very unethical RE agent, he needs to be investigated and more complaints issued. Unconfirmed shill bidding, too obvious.

Don't even bother with his listing... you will just waste your time. This man doesn't seem to know how to operate a phone since he does not return phone calls.

Don't even bother with this agent's listing. His MLS instructions says to contact him for offer submission; however, he does not return phone calls or email and we missed out on bidding a home. This agent is also listed in California where many buyers and agents were not very happy with him....

This guy is either on drugs or is totally incompetent. Very unprofessional. If you are selling a home, he should not even be considered. If you are buying, don't bother with any of his listings. He makes no effort to communicate, he plays games, and has no passion for what he does for a living. Sellers listing with him will no doubt have tons of lost opportunities with buyers because of his conduct. BEWARE of this man and his company!!
