but would not
recommend using David for your home purchase.
Comments: "We placed an offer on one of his listings. He let the offer expire before forwarding it to the sellers. We had to contact the sellers ourselves to let them know we made an offer. Tilford never contacted us, we never met him. He did not provide a seller's disclosure to us until AFTER ESCROW CLOSED. That is against Nevada law. He tried to get us to sign a waiver of our rights under the statute. We did not sign it. He tried to tell us that the sellers never lived in the hosue and therefore were not able to provide disclosure. Well, the sellers were raised in the house, and frequently stayed in it up until it sold. They told us that they had another offer one time and that they countered the offer. Tilford never relayed the counter to the potential buyer, so he bought another house. This is an attempt at a serious scam known as a "short sell". Tilford should lose his license. I wouldn't trust him for anything." Read full review |
