Just over three glorious years.

What is the average home price in your market?
650,000

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
There are some great new developments as well as a strong move to green building. Santa Fe is beginning to grasp the idea of Smart Growth developements.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoying working with people and helping them find their dream home or investment property. My family has been in the area since 1598 so sharing that history is a blast.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I have not found very many challenges that cannot be overcome with some thought.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Working with first time home buyers is probably the most satisfying. To be a part of someone being able to have a part of the American Dream is overwhelmingly wonderful.

What is your best characteristic?
My ability to listen. I have found by actively listening to someone I am able to get a better grasp at what they are wanting and trying to achieve.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Everyone - each person I come into contact with has something to give. I just keep trying to take in all of that.

What is the best advice you ever received?
To keep my files organized, to always pretend I am looking into a mirror with a smile on my face.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Toledo or Girona Spain
