What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping people realize how important it is to build their dreams. There is more important then ever in Santa Fe to build communities and neighborhoods. I believe people are moving closer together.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I like to see families realize that a home is a home and price is price. This means when they look for a home based on foreclosure properties, most people realize in the end that buying a home and neighborhood they enjoy is most important.

What is your best characteristic?
My tenacity and spirit.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Ben Franklin's life and the human spirit. I like to see people grow and prosper

What is the best advice you ever received?
Always look on the bright side of life! And to watch how I catch myself doing things simply out of habit and realizing that I can see things differently in a new way not just in as a automatic response.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Santa Fe is where a ended up when I asked myself that question 7 years ago when I lived in Minnesota. Now I'd like a second home on a mountainous ocean beach area like San Diego or Baja California Mexico.
