Not too great
We were not convinced that she and David had a true knowledge of the marketplace. I think they just really wanted to sell us something. And by the way, I was uncomfortable when she tried to sell us her own home, even though it was no where near our criteria. Also, she does not live in the historic East side as her web site says..... She leaves East of Santa Fe but definitely not in the historic area! Sham!!!
Great experience
We have had the pleasure of dealing with Aysha and her partner David in the selection of a designer/builder for our new home. Aysha's knowledge of the marketplace and her overall professionalism are almost as impressive as her genuine warmth and concern that our dream -- settling in a custom built home in Santa Fe -- comes true. Most Conscientious Realtors
Aysha Griffin and David Helling were a wealth of information. They know about construction, systems and neighborhood values and guided me throughout the process of determining what would work best for me. They were available to me and as a single woman, I feel I was in great hands and that they care about my well-being. Aysha has a great sense for tuning into what I wanted. After looking for just 2 days we found a house I love and we wrote a contract that was accepted. They diligently ensured everything was done right and on time. The process was smoother and easier than I expected. They made sure I had all the support I needed to move from out of state and introduced me to good people, even inviting me to their home for gatherings and checking in on me regularly. I feel extremely lucky to have met them through friends and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. This is the third home I've bought and by far the best experience. I love living in Santa Fe and they made it easy!
Big disappointment
After being referred to Aysha and her partner David, we were very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and integrity. They made several mistakes in the handling of our deal including missing key contract dates, and they were very defensive and dismissive when we brought this to their attention. There are too many other realtors out there that really want the buyer to be happy, so we recommend you bypass GoRealty.

Very attentive to small details in isolating the kind of home I was looking for - stairs or no stairs, size, price location, etc. Great follow through with an out-of-state client. Explained the negiation process very carefully.Very helpful from start to finish and even met me at my new home on the day I moved in!
