His office staff can be quite rude and interrupts you frequently. There seems to be a total lack of concern, and they do not listen to you. The staff jumps down on you mid-sentence and acts like they know everything you may want to say. Customer service training and ACTIVE listening would greatly improve experience. I wish them nothing but the worst as they do not care about those who try to do business with them.
