- My goal is my clients goal! I enjoy putting buyers in homes and having sellers getting benefits from owning homes & investments. I appreciate being a part of their dream! I also enjoy meeting all kinds of people from all areas of the world!

- The mortgage crunch and how to react and plan in the future for my clients investments. Also we as a nation have to start educating the young in the benefits of home ownership! Education at the high school age is the key!

- I have had many! I have recently been able to help retired and disabled people to get into homes! Some are on limited income and appreciate any help from the agencies! Again we have to be the ones that teach the buyers about this opportunity.

- I make it a point to "rock on the porch" with my clients. Take time to see what there concerns and goals are. Listen to clients !

- My Lord and My God!

- Listen to what people have to say first and formost. Save as if you had no income for 6 months! (in reserves)
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Ruidoso ! My mom is from a little town(Vittel) in France near the mountains . I would not mind spending a month there every year.
