Rich did a great job helping us sell our house. He followed up after every showing to give us feedback and helped us make some small changes that got our house sold.

Sunland Realty never followed through with their contract. They agreed to clean the carpet yearly and fix damages, over a year went by on our lease and none of these things got done. We were told they would eventually, but it never happened. Cari Barlow returned phone calls weeks late and when she did she was very rude and not helpful. In the end she kept our deposit to fix damages that were her responsibility in the begining. I would NOT recommend this realty company to anyone!!!

Michael has represented us as both buyers agent and sellers agent on a number of deals. Deals include the sale and purchase of vacant land, residential and commercial. He has also helped us with the purchase of low priced fixer upper homes as well as the sale of a number of homes over $500k. Michael has always been tenacious in his communications with both sides of the transaction. Attention to detail has always been spot on. Knowledgable and courteous, with an absolute desire to please his clients. Have worked with many agents through the years and have found most agents to be very self centered with very little concern for the consumer or client. Mike really differentiates himself from his peer group in this regard.
