pat smith buy a previous house with Dennis Defoor and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He ripped me off. The only thing I could accomplish was to getCentury 21 to withdraw backing him. Sold us a house that the prior owners had given him open power of attorney, being military, so he could sell their house, instead he put it in HIS OWN NAME and sold it to us on a realestate "wrap" Found out when the escrow overage check came to my address in HIS NAME. No pussy lawyer in the area would take the case. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! They do not like military!!! They will rip you off.
