In showing us homes, she was quick to point out the potential as well as the drawbacks of each property, because she wanted us to be completely satisfied with our choice. Her background in architecture and design was a huge advantage in recognizing quality in construction, floor plan, and design elements of the homes she showed us. When we were ready to submit an offer, Elizabeth skillfully represented us in a very competitive market (May 2006), with multiple offers in front of the seller. We got the home we wanted, at a good price, and we and the sellers were thrilled with the smoothness of the transaction. I highly recommend Elizabeth MacLeod as a realtor for both buyers and sellers.

To whom it may concern, I was asked by Camille Milke to write a testimonial about our experience purchasing a house from her. It was the most friendly and considerate large purchase that I have ever been involved in. I purchased my first home jointly with my brother through a realtor. They pushed us to move faster, gave us large amounts of paperwork, and didnt take the time to help us understand it. That was my first home, so I wasn't even sure what to watch out for, in terms of the house or the documents I would sign. As it turns out, there were no real issues with the documents, but the house itself had huge problems that had been covered up. A leaky roof that grew mold caused health havoc. A pipe under the add-on half bath broke, flooding one room. The power to over half the house was not grounded. Doors would swell in the rainy season and not close properly. Bathtubs and sinks didn't drain well. As you can see, my first experience was stacked with lessons. My second experience was the purchase of my current house. The sellers were the Milkes. During the first walk through, they were very friendly, and pointed out several problems they felt we should be aware of before the purchase. When they presented the documentation for us to sign, they walked us through the parts they thought were most important, and then asked us to read it over and call if we had any questions or issues. They even made a point, several times, to let us know that we should fully understand the contract before we accept it. Upon reading the contract, there were points that needed clarifying and provisions that needed altering. The Milkes were more then happy to accomidate our needs, candidly letting us know their standing on everything and what was influencing their decisions. The purchase didn't go smoothly, but through no fault of the Milkes. There were some miscommunications with the Escrow company, which the Milkes patiently worked with us and the Escrow company to resolve. In the end, however, I was pleased with the overall purchase procedure. Once we started living in the house, there were no issues that caught us by surprise. Compare this with the 5 complications my first house presented. I like surprises as much as the next guy, but on this purchase I was much more pleased by the lack of surprises. I had a very helpful and friendly experience purchasing a house from the Milkes. They provided, in my estimation, top notch cooperation and assistance through the whole process. They also presented an honest assessment of a great house. I am proud to have purchased a house from such a helpful and honest family.

In October 2011, I sold my home in Rio Rancho to Camille Milke on a real estate contract. The transaction was professionally offered and completed as promised. Ms. Milke purchased my home when it did not sell through normal channels after many months on the market. Ms. Milke has been easy to work with and remains in constant contact when I have questions or concerns. I would gladly work with Ms. Milke in the future on a real estate transaction. I recently purchased a home on a real estate contract through Camille Milke. All communications leading up to the contract signing were prompt and professional. The real estate contract was concise and well-defined. All financial transactions that took place through Mrs. Milke went seamlessly. The entire process was nothing but professional. Used him to manager our property in ABQ. Absolute worst choice I ever made. never communicates back, he is slow, never goes by the property. I have had rental since 1980 in WA, TN, CA, TX, NM. He is the absiolute worse I have ever seen. He has no clue hpow to run a property management offcie.

We had Dom Garica manage our rental property in West Albuquerque for ove a year. The worst property manger one can imagine. He never drove by the property, took him forever to return our calls and we had to tell him what to do and what his next steps are. And, when we told him we are changing property manager, he told us the tenants are moving out. Honestly, I can he had a deal with the tenants. When I asked for tenants information after they moved out, he said that they are getting divorce and he does not have a vaild address or phone number. Avoid using thsi guy. The worst I have seen and I have had rental properties since 1980 in TN, WA, TX, and NM.

I received a form letter stating he was my new property manager (PM). I had already sent the August rent check early to the out-of-state-homeowner. Only found Dom Garcia accidentally because I called the previous PM about a roof leak, who stated the responsibility had shifted to Dom Garcia. In the past 7 weeks, Dom has sent 5 repair guys (on MY time) to evaluate the roof situation but NO solution has been presented and obviously there have been no repairs to date. Dom claims the estimators never get back with him, but he does NO FOLLOW-UP with them; in fact when they call him, he lies and states the problem has been resolved. I have to call him to validate status. Today I had a legal notice taped to my door stating my rent was insufficient because HE did not have the most recent version of my contract and the terms of the legal notice were NOT even in compliance with my lease. The legal notice was "delivered" by someone who did not have the courtesy to ring the bell. The legal document was signed as "delivered by Dom Garcia" himself, but he denied it, stating he used a runner... probably at my expense! He then blamed his accountant for the whole mess. I attempted to forward him an electronic copy of my current lease, only to discover that the email address he lists on his letterhead is not valid. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL -- POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. Avoid this guy at all costs!

Always on time, showed the houses we were intersted in and others he found with his searching, and we found it on the second showing. What else can I say? Very professional, positive attitude and his office ensured a smooth transaction to closing. Good job! Will recommend to others.
