chose not to buy a home
and would not
recommend using Alicia.
Comments: "We rented from Alicia for 15 months. The house we moved into was filthy when we moved in, and upon move out, she demanded it that it be immaculate. We continued to have problems with appliances (which were never fixed) and she will not talk to you by phone (only email). Another time we had a power surge at the house. The problem seemed to be internal so we called Alicia, she got into a yelling match with my husband and then proceeded to call PNM regarding the outage. She pretended to be me, giving out my social security number over the phone to "verify" her identity. RENTER BEWARE! She is absolutely the worst realtor I have ever dealt with." Read full review |
