BWJ buy a previous house with Trish G Prien and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This was the sellers agent.They chose our offer over a mysterious cash offer for 10K more than ours.They wanted a family, not an investor.She resented us from the beginning.Told many about the other cash offer, (our agent, broker, lender, & several at the title co). Often we were threatened with the cash offer during underwriting. We needed a 3day extension on closing & had a verbal OK from sellers. She didn't complete extension agreement & 1 day before close threatened to cancel the sale stating contract expired. Sellers had to be called & had to demand she honor agreement. She threatened our bank using the cash offer to try to speed up the transaction. At closing, title co. mentioned how she went on about the cash offer. She didnt release keys until 5 days after closing. We closed the day before Thksgvng although the courtesy was her call. If this is an OK way for someone to do business in your name, by all means use this person, otherwise steer clear!
