WOW

As a first time home buyer, i had a lot of question, Lori had all the ancwers. She even took my calls in the middle of the night and let me know what was going on. She was patient with me and always tryed to help. In the begining i had her go all over the place to look at houses, she never minded going out of her way to find me the perfect home. Once we found the right home, she helped us with all the paperwork and managed to keep it all on track. I would recommend Lori to all my friends and family. She is a great realitor, and has a positive attitude, and it was my pleasuer to work with her.

Fantastic experience

As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous throughout the process. Lori was great! She let us browse with no pressure to buy anything, and was prompt to start looking at homes when we decided we were ready. When we found a great house, Lori helped us iron out all the bumps with inspections and repairs. She took the time to make our preschooler feel involved in the process, also, which made a big difference in his anxiety about moving. We are very happy with Ms. Whitener's work and will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

What is the average home price in your market?: Around $250,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Interaction with people! Each transaction is different and each Client has different needs. I truly enjoy finding the perfect place for my Clients that are buying. Standing firm for my Clients that are selling. Evaluation of each Client's needs is my main focus.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: The adjustment of home prices in today's market and the tightening of the lending requirements for Buyers.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I haven't been all over the world so I can't fairly say where it would be. If I could combine New Mexico and the beaches of the Pacific, that may do it!
