What a great experience!

Great Experience

Refinance

Working with Walt was a great experience. He has patience and time to sit and talk with you to get an idea of the whole picture of the needs you are trying to meet. I refinanced my home and saved on Closing Costs, my rate was reduced, and he saved me over $300.00 on my payment. He helped save my home when I was in difficult times and not sure I was going to be able to keep making the high payment on my home. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people realize the American dream! How can you not love doing that?? The look on their faces when I hand them the keys or when they know there house has SOLD and they can start a new chapter in their lives is a great feeling!!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I don't know that there is a challenging issue..The market is always changing and you have to be willing to change to help your customers.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I'm a bit different then other agents. My company offers both real estate and mortgage services which means...the consumer cant lose!..I had a customer that I represented in the selling of their home. They were buying a new home from a large builder and were 45 days away from their home being ready to move into when I listed their home. I sold their home in 13 days!! All is well right?? Wrong!.. My customer was obtaining their financing for their new home with a large lender and they found out that they were going to have to come out of pocket with an additional $3,000 that they didn't have.. Being that I offer mortgage financing I reviewed their closing cost estimate and new that they were not getting the best rate or the lowest closing costs..Long story short...The customer didn't have to come in with $3,000...in fact they got money back at closing AND they got a lower rate with lower payments..I do this all the time for my clients and that's what differentiates me from the competition.

Honesty and integrity and being able to LISTEN to what my client is saying and requesting.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My Lord and Savior is my inspiration! I give thanks every day for all that he has blessed me with!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Treat people the way you want to be treated!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Maui!!! My family and I just got back from there and all I can say is.....WOW!
