We purchased a house in which there were items on the contract that were not taken care of and I am having a major issue dealing with Jason and Terry Levine and the broker Mike Telles. I am getting the run-around and blown off. Terry Levine stated in an email that he would personally guarantee the items would repaired or replaced. Two days after we signed the papers, Terry called and said the mortgage company wanted to kick us out because the furnace that was installed had not been inspected. The next day an inspector came out and failed the unit because it was not to code and actually a dangerous condition in which we lived in for over two weeks until finally repaired. We have other issues in which there was intent to deceive repairs or replacement of items and they have yet to be taken care of. I have so much against the agents involved Jason Levine and Terry Levine at ReMax Premier in Albuquerque as well as Cindy Chavez of the Prudential Sandia Office. Please advise.

I have worked with Matt through a dozen odd transactions over almost 20 years. He has helped me make money and save several deals, I have done quite well with investment properties following his advice and letting him handle the deals. I can and have done deals on my own, but when selling Matt is well worth his fees and when buying he is a great help at no cost. There have been several times when things seemed impossible and Matt got the deal to work!
