She really knows what she is talking about and has a great team that let us know what was going on every step of the way. Does not follow up on promises. Poor communication. Did not get sales documentst and flier to client after contact signed for several weeks. Cannot provide feedback of any sort. Talks down to client and does not respect their wishes. Makes it seem like we are not good enough for her. Puts us at bottom of list since we would not sign for a higher sales commission. Very unprofessional and petty.
