Matt buy a previous house with Jon Ocksrider and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My experience with this agent is that he and Ocksrider Properties are worthless. He shows very little respect for his potential clients, clients, or tenants. He treats many of his tenants as if he were a slum lord...especially those at the Madeline Properties. He and his company, Ocksrider Properties, should be ashamed for the illegal and inappropriate methods they use for property management.
