3 1/2 years in Real Estate and prior to that I was in Title Services. Also certified as Negotiations

Around $250,000

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Current market is a Buyer's Market! Rates are down and prices are always negotiable! Take advantage of those rates that are near historic lows!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Interaction with people! Each transaction is different and each Client has different needs. I truly enjoy finding the perfect place for my Clients that are buying. Standing firm for my Clients that are selling. Evaluation of each Client's needs is my main focus.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I don't feel there are any issues that are most challenging...perhaps the tightening of the lending requirements for Buyers.

All my Clients are success stories!

What is your best characteristic?
My personality! My communication skills, strength in language and my imagination. ;)

Sunrise

What is the best advice you ever received?
Be honest and fair.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I haven't been all over the world so I can't fairly say where it would be. If I could combine New Mexico and the beaches of the Pacific, that may do it!
