I was able to sale Adams home in one week and he ended up with a profit. The only losers were the investors wanting him to deed his home over. This is a great time to be either a first time buyer or an investor. The deals are out there, so give me a call.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
This is what I do! I feel great when I am able to make a difference in someones life, and help them achieve their goals.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In todays world a Realtor needs to be well rounded, and have many skills from contract understanding to a knowledge of computers.
