WM buy a previous house with Daniel Grimes and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Grimes properties is the worst property management company ever. Dan Grimes is exactly as his name portrays Grimes. He claims on his website that he "listens and will go the extra mile" for his clients but this could be further from the truth. His properties look nice at first but after you move in they fall apart and he does nothing about it. Furthermore, he is decietful and misrepresenting and no one should ever rent from Dan Grimes.
