Since the economy is so horrible, appraisers would be slow. It still took longer than 2.5 weeks to get my appraisal. Should have used someone who knows how to run a business.

Took very long time (2.5 weeks) to get my appraisal back from appraiser when I was promised I would have it the following week. He was also almost one hour late for our scheduled appointment.
