In May 2007, I was referred to Don Harrison by a relative living in the Cherry Hills area. It was brought to my attention that Don charges a lower commission rate than other realtors. I was looking to make a good profit on my house. I contacted Don and within a couple of days, he was at my house actually physically assisting me with home improvements and updates needing to be done prior to my house being listed on MLS. Within one day of my house being listed, I had an offer...my asking price! I would highly recommend Don Harrison! He was efficient, organized, and courteous!
