Bruce helped me locate and purchase a townhome to fit my needs. It was a HUD repossession and he helped with the paperwork that needed filing, the escrow, and walked me through on everything needed for the transaction to go through smoothly. I still use Bruce for information on real estate and he went beyond expectations in his knowledge of the industry. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a property to live in, or as an investment. He knows the industry more than other agents I have dealt with in the past.

I purchased a condo in the ABQ Uptown area from Bruce Maxey in February 2007. He promised he a lot of things during the time the purchase was going through; however, 1 year later and he still has not delivered. He promised a security gate at the entrance of our community, a regular groundskeeper to keep our community clean and a supportive and progressive ****ocation to run our community among others. It has been a year and the security gate isn't up, our groundskeeper hasn't shown up in months and our ****ocation does not address loud parties, inoperative vehicles, cigarette butts and beer bottles strewn about the community. Bruce, the owner of the community and member of the ****ocation has not done a thing to address any of these problems and seems to not care when other home-owners/****ocation members bring these issues to his attention. I, along with other owners in this community, are unhappy with Bruce. I wish I would have never done business with him.
