Helping people make this huge transition in their lives and making it a joyful experience brings me great pleasure.

The changing mortgage industry.

A wonderful woman from NYC called me about one of my listings. She bought the house long distance and I met her at the door with the keys. If I had known I was going to help her unload her moving truck, I would have worn jeans!

My patience and perseverance.
