I had been looking for a home with no luck till I meet Thomas. He was able to walk me thought the whole process and made it seem effortless. He truly knows the business of real estate, and is a wealth of information. I had heard about HUD foreclosures and bank REO's and never knew how these worked. Thomas was able to explain each step as we went along, thanks.

We rented a home from Dom and within 6 weeks, the whole home was infested with ants! We called him and he sent out a man and we were told to put out TORO traps..We also had a leaking pipe infront of the garage door, that put out so much water, it flooded the laundry room if we forgot to change the bucket! Slipped and fell a few times!! WE have a medically Fragile child and the ants were even found crawling inside her ventilator tubing..He never returned our calls.. Cleaning up the ants became a DAILY chore for us all, and ant bites were so common.Run....don't be foolish and use this man who cares nothing about his clients!

This was the sellers agent.They chose our offer over a mysterious cash offer for 10K more than ours.They wanted a family, not an investor.She resented us from the beginning.Told many about the other cash offer, (our agent, broker, lender, & several at the title co). Often we were threatened with the cash offer during underwriting. We needed a 3day extension on closing & had a verbal OK from sellers. She didn't complete extension agreement & 1 day before close threatened to cancel the sale stating contract expired. Sellers had to be called & had to demand she honor agreement. She threatened our bank using the cash offer to try to speed up the transaction. At closing, title co. mentioned how she went on about the cash offer. She didnt release keys until 5 days after closing. We closed the day before Thksgvng although the courtesy was her call. If this is an OK way for someone to do business in your name, by all means use this person, otherwise steer clear!

David and I have had a slumlord as a previous landlord, so we were leary of new possibilities. However, anything would be worth looking into. After calling and interveiwing most of Albuquerque apartment management companies, the name T.A. Russel kept coming up on signs and even sillier, word of mouth advertising kept pouring in to us.We discussed interveiwing yet another possibility and paying another application fee. We decided to give it a try and within minutes of a friendly call that felt like talking to a relative or good friend( Tims' step daughter, the secretary) we had an appointment set to veiw the apt. we were interested in. Promptly as scheduled Tim showed up all smiles and gave us a grand tour of the apt. He showed the ability to discern through client interaction that the apt was not quite what we needed, and welcomed us to veiw another apt. that better suited our needs as full time students. Graciously we accepted and within Two weeks we were inside our new home!

We purchased a house in which there were items on the contract that were not taken care of and I am having a major issue dealing with Jason and Terry Levine and the broker Mike Telles. I am getting the run-around and blown off. Terry Levine stated in an email that he would personally guarantee the items would repaired or replaced. Two days after we signed the papers, Terry called and said the mortgage company wanted to kick us out because the furnace that was installed had not been inspected. The next day an inspector came out and failed the unit because it was not to code and actually a dangerous condition in which we lived in for over two weeks until finally repaired. We have other issues in which there was intent to deceive repairs or replacement of items and they have yet to be taken care of. I have so much against the agents involved Jason Levine and Terry Levine at ReMax Premier in Albuquerque as well as Cindy Chavez of the Prudential Sandia Office. Please advise.

Brandon has helped me sell two houses and buy two houses in the last 6 years. When I sell my current home I will use his services again. He is knowledgable about the market, easy to work with and nonsense free!(very imporatant in this market.) I would recommend him to anyone making a move in the real estate market.

Mr. Russell and his staff have been managing our property in ABQ for more than 3 years. Since we are out-of-state landlords, it is reassuring to know there is a true professional who is good at keeping both owners and tenants happy. I can heartily recommend this firm!

A mistake and not reading the entire diclosure on selling home. Make sure you leave the trust factor out.
