Extremely Professional and Courteous
I recommended Ms. Christie to a close friend who was in dire need of an experienced, knowledgeable professional to handle a very sensitive real estate matter. Ms. Christie executed a very detailed and aggressive marketing plan that included a 1/4 page ad in the Star Ledger that featured a full picture of the home and write-up. As a result of this very aggressive marketing plan, the home was under contract in record time. I would highly recommend Ms. Christie as an agent who has very strong marketing skills and a "can do" attitude.
Very Impressed
I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle for the past six years. She has represented successfully me on a number of rehab projects. Not very impressed
Michelle is a very nice woman with real business savvy but I wasn't very impressed with overall. She is difficult to reach and seems more focused on her own investments than her clients. She knows the market very well though and has a strong network of contacts to helo you get the deal done. I would work with Michelle if it was her listing but don't feel I could trust her to adequately represent my interests when she doesn't have a stake in the deal.
