As a result of this very aggressive marketing plan, the home was under contract in record time. Michelle is a very nice woman with real business savvy but I wasn't very impressed with overall. She is difficult to reach and seems more focused on her own investments than her clients. She knows the market very well though and has a strong network of contacts to helo you get the deal done. I would work with Michelle if it was her listing but don't feel I could trust her to adequately represent my interests when she doesn't have a stake in the deal.
