This was my 1st home buying experience, and I worked with Naomi for approximately 9 mths. When we finally found the home I decided to purchase, I realized how inexperienced this agent really was at selling homes. Naomi was not very organized, had a very hard time answering my questions, if she answered them at all. She did not walk me through the home buying process at all. At closing everything was a MESS!! It was SO bad she could barely say a word to me, because she screwed me over SO bad during closing. I would NOT recommend Naomi to my WORST enemy. She lacks the people skills needed for 1st time home buyers.

Shannon made my complex transaction work out. My wife and I picked a property and she handled everything else. We just had to show up at setlement, sign and pick up our keys. Very profesional, if she couldnt answer our question she got an answer and got back to us in minimum time. Thank You
