Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
We are coming off four record breaking years in a row, and now we have a "normal" market, with a slight edge toward the buyers. The market seems to be stabilizing, though, and it is likely that prices will not dip any lower than they are right now.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I have always enjoyed being an advocate for others, and as an agent, I take very seriously the commitment to putting my clients' interests first.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now, one of the biggest challenges I face is to get my clients to understand that their home is a home and not an investment vehicle. Yes, the often do realize substantial profits from the sale of their homes, but homes are to live in and raise families in. They are not like stocks or bonds where you should buy and sell them to make money.

I'm straightforward and honest, and I don't sugar coat the truth. Even if I know it is not what you want to hear.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I find a new source of inspiration almost every day. I read a ton of inspirational books, I listen to motivational speakers on CD and MP3, so I maintain an extremely high level of energy.
What is the best advice you ever received?
One of my mentors in this business told me:
1) You are in the business of sales.
2) The one-word definition of sales is: "Work."
3) The two-word definition of sales is: "Hard Work."
