I was trying to purchase a place from her. She took days to get back to my broker, when she did get back to her the story was different every time. If you ask me, my lawyer and agent she was doing something sneaky on the side but we can't prove it because she will not disclose anything to us. Also when we raised our bid, she refused to put it in. She said she wanted to wait. I never got the property i wanted and it was due to her. If you want to sell or purchase do not use her.
