I don't customarily leave negative reviews, in fact, I’ve left more positive ones in my life and really look for the best in people…but I have to say that Colin and his assistant Vicki Augustine are perhaps the worst agents I have ever dealt with. Colin even addressed Vicki as an “idiot” several times and even yelled at me as his customer when I wanted to inspect the house to make sure certain repairs were made. It was clear that all he cares about is the transaction and applies bully tactics to force the deal through. I have to admit that Colin gives a good first impression, but once you’re into the deal, he really shows his true colors utilizing every underhanded tactic there is to get his way. He validates the horror stories you hear that go on in the real estate business. I warn anyone who plans on using his services to beware.
