but would not
recommend using Kelly for your home purchase.
Comments: "After soliciting a name referral form a friend I called the agency and left a message on the random agent who I never met's voice mail. Then - I called back and asked for another agent and solicited their services for some immediate viewings. CLEARLY, We had good service and a good rapport with the agent I called back for and asked to do business with her directly.
UNFORTUNATELY the referral agent who I left a voice message for - called me back - FIVE DAYS LATER and insisted that I was her customer now and the other agent was covering for her. FINE, but I like the other agent and I will be using her moving forward. Apparently not - TARVIN REALTY DOES NOT ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO CHOOSE THEIR AGENT??? Unfair and lost business, and bad reviews for them. Do business with agents that work FOR YOU NOT AGAINST YOU. I do not need this PETTY behavior when I am looking to spend a half million plus dollars." Read full review |
