9 years, however i represent the 4th generation of Ward's in the family business!

What is the average home price in your market?
$515,000 is median although that # includes beachfront etc...

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
This year has seen some stabilization in the home sale market, with prices down slightly from the peak of a few years back.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love being able to help people with what is typically the most significant investment one can make: Their Home

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Trying to compete with others as one of the last family owned and operated businesses.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have sold a home on the market just 1 day, to a buyer that had just walked into my office...also: to date I have never lost a bidding war!

What is your best characteristic?
Being laid back and instantly creating a comfort level with clients.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My family inspires me to constantly be at my best...i will never stop working hard to support my wife and children!

What is the best advice you ever received?
If it sounds good to be true, it probably is.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I'd have to say by a beach...just like where I live now on the NJ Shore...the edge of the map :)
