Mr. Gambacort has been involved in the sale of my mother-in-law's home for several months. While visiting her over the summer and in the middle of A birthday party being held for me, he brought a couple to view the house after being expressly told not to bring anyone that day. He arranged for a couple to buy her house, but their deal fell through after she moved out and after helping her to remove trash from her house, he felt that it was appropriate to coerce her into allowing complete strangers to share her new home! Another couple that he was unsuccessful in closing a deal with, I suppose after they moved out of their own home and had nowhere to go. When my wife called him to let him know how inappropriate that was, he became irate and told her to shut up. If this is the quality of the agent that is to be found at G2 Realty, my suggestion would be to RUN far from them! I'd love to see the response I get from this person, since his phone presence is so shabby!

gabe was very professional, this was my first home and i thought i would be so overwhelmed by the process but gabe explained it well and i felt very comfortable with him. I already referred him to a few family member and will continue to do so.
