This is a complaint about the whole staff at uni-casa realty Tele : 973-881-8888 address: 15 lee place paterson,nj 07505 and there lack of knowledge and help to me as the buyer of my first property.Victor castillo was my realtor and the seller . He resprented both parties a big mistake he created many issues with me the buyer . For one he negoited the price in the sellers favors as the senior realtor for the short sale property. He seem very nice but once i signed the contract he did nothing to assist me with the purchase of the property he didnt answer my calls he did not tell the seller the lights need to be on for the apprasial and he opened the 2family property and didnt have the lights on and didnt prepare to have both units open for the inspection.....so i was charged twice for the same inspection because the apprasier had to come out to the property 2 times ....... He also after the orignal price was set the bank wanted more money for the property and he did very little to negoite that. He sent in the first offer to my lender and did not notify the lender of the updated sales price and the lender did all the closing paper work on the old price which delayed the closing ......Then as that paper work got to close he was reluctant to allow me to go back to the property for a walk around of the property the day before closing ........But he showed up 45 minutes late with no phone call to me about his latness. The night before closing and prior to that he was informed as stated in the contract the 2nd unit was to be empty......He along with the owner lied to me and my attorney that the seller would be out of the house at closing ..... So victor along with his office never gave me nor my attorney the keys to property and stated it was not his responsibility to provide the keys to the home ......at that i had to wait for the former owner to give them to me which caused huge problems..... And as a young African american Callede me a ANIMAL for wanting my keys ....... ...Due to the fact the day of closing i had scheduled a cleaning and repair crew to arrive to update the property.............and he called me a animal and unprofessional for wanting my keys and the owner out of the property the day of closing.........................Uni casa is the worst ever they are very unprofessional and deserve to lose the license for the way they treated me I had to call a locksmith that night as the owner was moving out after closing 500 dollars and lost time for cleaning and repair time to get the house ready for my new tennats i was renting to ............And lost that income
