- I enjoy being a realtor because I like helping people. It is a huge responsability when done right and helping others achive there goal is fun when they get to the finish line.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Respect, I find that there are so many part timers that many people feel that the job is not that easy. When in fact most part timers have their manager take care of their work while there at there true job. As a full time agent I think part timers gives a bad name.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had customer who spoke hardly any english and was in her 60s. Communication was not easy, but she trusted me like a son. And I was able to get her almost full asking price which gave her enough money to retire to Florida. She was very happy
- What is your best characteristic?
- My best and worst are the same, I'm blunt, I tell it like it is. If want someone who yes you Im not the guy. The truth hurts a lot less then lies!!!!
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My kids inspire me, not for the money, but the thrill of having more quality time kids by working smarter not harder.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- No matter how well you do, the basics are the foundation and not leave them.
