This woman is all talk and no action. I was straight up to let her know my lowest number i could take on selling my home. She came back with 2 offers that were 20 thousand below my lowest number. I also got her on a contract on a new home i was buying to get her 10,000 dollars for doing nothing. The home builder was offering this incentive for my realtor to sell my house. During our six month contract with Haley we barely heard from her (if ever) about what people had to say about our home when they came for showings. Here is the best. When our contract was up with her we asked her nicely to remove herself from the incentive contract so we could offer that to our next realtor. She refused. This woman will act like she will do anything for you but she thinks that some pretty pictures on a website is all she has to do. She is a liar and very confrontational, and unprofessional. Stay as far away from her as you can. And if you do use her don't say I didn't warn you.
