We could not have found realtor better then Aris. We were looking right home with right price for last 3 years. It took us around 3 months to find our dream home in Morganville (Sub section of Marlboro, NJ). We changed 2 realtors before him and finally settled with him. What appealed to us about him was his honesty, his rich experience, matuarity and skills in evaluating right price of home. He never pushed us and took us in right direction. I could call him any time for anything during deal and his response was quick. Just to give example, during final deal he negotiated lot with Seller realtor on window dressings and on couple of importan other things which could have cost us another 10,000.

She was nasty from the word go. Had very little patience and follow up was null and void!!! She was only interested in showing homes out of my range. All about the dollar..She was often late, she was very sloppy, dressed like she just rolled from bed. She even cancelled our appt. Said she had to pick up kids...Hell, I found my own home, and saved the commish!
