Never Again!

We are looking for additional parties for a possible cl**** action against Weichert Realtors. If you have had experiences where Weichert played conflicting roles as the buyer and seller (and lender) from the same office, please respond. In our recent sale, we needed a lawyer to represent us in dealing with the agent that was supposed to represent us. It would take a book to detail their failures as our representatives and the numerous conflicts involved. I am in the process of contacting the Attorney Generals office in New Jersey to file a consumer complaint and have an investigation launched, along with the need to file a small claims action. I would never buy or sell from Weichert, especially from our terrible home office on Main Street in Moorestown, New Jersey. The agent we would never use for either a purchase or sale is Kathy Hullings. The office manager is Alyce Klaus.
