After surrviving an absolutely horrendous experience with another agent, I can truly appreciate this wonderful man's talents. I cannot think of any other adjective that comes close to describing Bob Kelly. I had always been one of those who was very skeptical of the commissions charged by REA's; in fact, I viewed 6% commissions as being totally out of line with the sale prices of today's homes. Not any more. Bob is worth every penny of his commission; he is a bargain at any price and he gives 110% service. He is a consummate professional and I am sooooo glad I was forturnate to have had the benefit of his counsel and guidance. And, I liked him so much that I used him as *both* my buying and selling agent!

Our house was on the market for 14 months and in that time period we had 3 Realtors. It took Bob less than 2 months to sell our house. Bob's advice and strategies on how to sell our house 'in this market' were the pivotel points in accomplishing our goal of selling our house. I would recommend him.
Great Experience!
I initially had my home listed through another agency... Six months went by with virtually no assistance or advise from the realtor. Needless to say my home did not sell. Many people blamed things on the economy, but I knew my home could sell with the right listing agent. When my contract was up with my first realtor, I decided to move on. I was provided Bob Kelly's contact information from someone else that had an excellent experience. Bob offers a home staging consultation with his services... It was well worth it! I took the weekend to stage my home. By listening exactly to Bob's recommendations and taking the time to make the changes, I was able to re-list my home that Monday. By doing the little things like removing clothes from closets and moving things around was able to provide a better visual appearance for a potential buyer. In 1 day after listing, I had a showing, an offer and my home was sold! Bob couldn't have made the experience any better!

I can't say enough good things about Bob... he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! Bob helped us sell our home within 2 weeks of listing and at the full asking price. His open houses were very professional and really went out of his way to work around our busy schedules for showings. We went through the interview process with several area real estate agents. In general they all told us what we wanted to hear. For the most part, the agents we spoke with had pretty much the same approach that we encountered when we sold our first home 22 years ago with nothing really new. A few ads here, a couple of mailers there, “it’s a tough market but just give us the listing and we’ll try and sell your home”. Your approach was somewhat different and certainly more professional. You told us about the housing market, showed us the comps and then told us the reality of selling a home in the current market. It was quite clear that your approach to selling my home would be an all out effort using a number of different means (ads, internet, post cards and personal emails sent to your prospect base. No other agent demonstrated that they would use so many different avenues to market our home. From the moment we listed our home with you we were certain that you would make a sale happen! Having our home “staged” was the one of the best recommendations you could have made. What a difference it made on the attitudes of prospective buyers.
