What a nightmare our whole transacation was! We interviewed agents to sell our home and just used whoever was there to buy from. My biggest regret is using Weichert Livingston! Stay away from the office, all together. They do not respond, do not fight for their clients, do not care one bit about anything but their commission check and they will push you to accept things you aren't comfortable with, they will try to make you feel like you are wrong for wanting ASBESTOS removed! They will tell you how lucky you are to buy a great house and ignore your requests for help. We are now paying out attorney to handle what our agent should have been doing! Meanwhile Weichert will collect a big check they HAVE NOT EARNED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

THIS WOMAN RUNS THE LIVINGSTON OFFICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING HER OR ANY OF THE AGENTS SHE MANAGES. THERE WAS A CLEARLY ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL SITUATION GOING ON DURING THE PURCHASE OF OUR HOME, WITH TWO OF THE WEICHERT AGENTS SHE MANAGES. WE BROUGHT THE MATTER TO HER ATTENTION. INSTEAD OF SHOWING CONCERN AND RECTIFYING THE SITUATION, SHE NOT ONLY DEFENDED THE UNETHICAL AGENTS AND DID NOTHING TO HELP US, THE BUYER... BUT SHE ACTUALLY *ASSISTED* THE AGENTS IN THEIR UNETHICAL PRACTICES. HER AND HER UNETHICAL OPERATION HAVE ZERO ETHICS. SHE, AND THEY, WILL LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, ANYTHING TO CLOSE A SLIGHTLY BETTER DEAL FOR THEMSELVES, INSTEAD OF WORKING FOR THE SELLER OR THE BUYER. WE CAUGHT HER, AND HER AGENTS REDHANDED IN MULTIPLE LIES. NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
