BG sell a previous house with David Viganola and would recommend them to other home sellers.
I have used Dave for two sales in the last two years and have had an extremely positive experience both times. Dave made the selling process extremely easy and took much of the stress involved in selling a house upon himself. My first listing with Dave in 2008 sold in 60 days and my most recent sale in June 2010 was under contract in 17 days for list price!! Dave and his co-workers always made themselves avaible whenever I had a question or needed help from them. I highly recommend Dave and everyone in the Little Ferry office to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thanks Dave great work.
Jorge Javier buy a previous house with David Viganola and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I had a fantastic experience working with Remax Little Ferry to purchase my first condo. I was a little nervous taking this big step, but David Viganola walked me through the entire process. David really took the time to understand what kind of properties I liked and didn't like, what I could afford, and the features I couldn't live without. This was a huge benefit, as that meant fewer nights and weekends devoted to traveling between Manhattan and North Jersey to view condos. I would recommend David and Remax Little Ferry to anyone who wants to purchase a home with a local agency that really knows the area, has a great reputation and will work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want.

If you are buying or selling your home, you should use David Viganola. He sold me a home and I was very pleased with David's expertise and his honesty. It was a pleasure working with David and the people in his office. Thanks to David again for a great job well done!
Brendon Madden buy a previous house with David Viganola and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I normally don't respond to these sites. I have been involved with Mr. Viganola in three transactions over the past 7 years. The most recent transaction was by far, the time he went over and above the call of duty. David called me on a Sunday morning at 8:30 am, to tell me that a home that meets all my criteria came on the market. He told me and my wife to come to see the home immediately. I am happy to say that we purchased the home. My wife and I were again guided through the whole process. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and we welcome the opportunity of discussing our experience to any party interested in discussing the outcome. My phone number at work is 973-839-3377. My email address is bmadgal@yahoo.com. Ask for Brendon (Owner Thatcher Mcghee's Pompton Lakes NJ)

Viganola, did a FANTASTIC job for my wife and I! He not only sold our condo, for much more than we thought possible, HE found us a home in a great area at a great price. He did all the leg work and negotiating. We just had to show up and sign. Extremely satisfied! Feel free to contact me.

This Real Estate agent is the owner of REMAX Pros, working out of Little Ferry, NJ. Unscrupulous and dishonest selling practices. A very deceitful and crooked real estate agent. Looks out for his own best interests. If you are trying to buy or sell a property that he is tied to run the other way. “BUYER (OR EVEN SELLER) BEWARE.” Don’t say I didn’t warn you.. He will “screw” you.
Jane Hession sell a previous house with David Viganola and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
BEWARE OF VIGANOLA We listed our house with him at a low price because we wanted to sell. We accepted an offer from Viganola's business partners' father.Closing date was 6/21/07. It came and went and the whole time Viganola kept telling us not to worry. We trusted him. Finally, our lawyer told us that Viganola was taking advantage of us and that the buyer had broken contract. We sent a "time is of the essence" letter, which forces them to close in 10 days or proves that they legally broke contract. On the last of the 10 days we called Viganola to tell him to get his sign off our house and he told us we were closing at 2pm. He had never informed us beforehand. We showed up to the closing. Nobody else did. We signed our paperwork and went home. He and the buyer came in 3 hours later, signed, but told their lawyer that the check they submitted was no good. Viganola never looked out for our best interest. He was our realtor yet he was helping the buyer because he was his partner's father.
