How many years have you been in Real Estate?: I am in my fourth year of being a licensed Real Estate Agent.
What is the average home price in your market?: The average home price in the Somerset County Middlesex market is $400,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy being a Real Estate agent because I believe in home ownership for everyone. I enjoy helping others obtain that dream.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Incorrect information from the media. The media has continually stated that the Real Estate market is a bubble ready to burst. That is the furthest from the truth.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I assisted a young couple in buying their first home, well below market value, which was great for them. In addition, the property closed on their first wedding anniversary!
What is your best characteristic?: Patience. That is extemely important for a Realtor. Buyers and sellers can be indecisive at times, and patience is necessary to enable you to educate them on the process of buying and selling a home.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My children. My career provides me the flexibility to be there for the school play, the sporting event they are involved in, or to assist the PTO when I can.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Believe in your ability and don't be afraid of success.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Anywhere in the US where I could still experience the change in season.
