L'Shawn Rodriguez rented my home in NJ for a year. She was continually late with her rent payments and after I sued for eviction she trashed the house. She still owes me money and although we sued her for damages and rent, and although the court ruled in our favor, we have not received a cent from her. She owes me more than $12,000.
