What is the average home price in your market?: 1.6 million
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy working with people and families to help them buying and selling their homes and welcoming them into the Community!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: This new Real Estate Market has becomes a Buyer's Market rather than a Sellers Market and pricing homes is much different than in the past and explaining it to sellers is sometimes a challenge.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: One of the most intersting moments in my Career was showing a property to Mr. James Gandolfini the actor of the Sopranos. There are so many success stories in this business when you can find a home for a client you have been working with for several months, finding exactly what they are looking for and then seeing them extremely happy even years after they have purchased and lived in their home with four children. When they refer me to other customers it truly makes me feel great and want to accomplish more of the same for other customers.
What is your best characteristic?: Honesty, Integrity, Ethics and Professionalism!
Who or what inspires you the most?: My Family.
What is the best advice you ever received?: It is better to have tried and lost than not try at all.
