I was the first home buyer back in Oct 2009 and My experience buying a home with Ilja was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone. He is not a real estate agent using fancy words on the phone and sending out bunch out listing to sell/buy any homes. He ACTUALLY Cares about his client. I wasn't buying million dollar property or anything .. as matter of fact, my budget was tight and looked for one bedroom condo in NJ. Yet, His care is non-discriminatory regardless what kind of property you are buying/selling. He answers all my questions , works with my budgets, and Even for Appraisal, I couldn't be there to be with appraiser so He went there for me. When we saw Properties together, he gave me his Honest Opinion. Because I am a first home Buyer, I don't know what questions I ask,right? so he asked for me and he checks everywhere to see if anything needs to be fixed etc. Even after the contract is signed, he calls me later and asking if I like the house and how's neighbor etc.. Com'on. WHO DOES that? He actually cares about his clients and will be there for you until deal is completed and even AFTER... that's the Bottom Line.

Our experience selling the house with Ilja was wonderful! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was also very responsive and flexible. He would return our calls promptly and had no problem adhering to our schedule if something came up. We were impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market and his ability to estimate the value of our home!
