BUYER'S BEWARE
I would NOT recommend this realtor. She is not honest or trustworthy. I purchased a home from her (La Perla/Pueblo Viejo development) in 2005 and the transaction is not completed. There are always lies and stalling as to why my title is not forthcoming. Her unethical conduct currently being investigated in NJ, NY and Mexico. DO NOT WORK WITH ILANA SILBERBERG, you will be sorry.
